Hannah Bryan (she/her)

Hannah Bryan is an absolute nerd of a recent BYU graduate having
earned a BS and BA in  Microbiology and Spanish with minors in Global
Women’s Studies and Sociology. She has participated in the BYU Global Women’s Studies Honors Society for two years including one year as president, USGA for a few months as a social media rep, and the Raynbow Collective for two years. She is also the namesake of Cougar Pride Center’s “Charity Heels Progress Award”. Her experience with lgbtq+ student advocacy is extensive and demonstrative of her
commitment to the wellbeing of lgbtq people and her ability to advise
lgbtq+ youth on finding community and creating strong and lasting
networks, relationships, and friendships.

Hannah likes God and Jesus a lot and is a fan of the Book of Mormon.

A lifelong active member of the LDS church, Hannah has significant
personal experience of queerness within faith journey, mission service, gender transition, and BYU attendance.

As the token trans woman, Hannah takes her role very seriously and is
committed to continuing to be a trans woman. She’s also bisexual, but
at this point who isn’t? She thinks she’s very funny.

When she is not working as a research assistant with the BYU sociology department, Hannah is a prolific purveyor of video essays, fantasy and science fiction literature, film, good hikes, and D&D.
