Parker La Giusa (he/him)

Parker La Giusa brings a unique blend of compassion, insight, and faith to his role as a counselor. Having experienced his own journey of self-discovery as a youth, Parker is deeply motivated to support LGBTQ+ youth navigating similar paths and learn about God’s love for them. His personal struggles and eventual clarity about his identity, guided by faith, have fueled his passion for helping others find both spiritual and personal belonging.

Parker believes he has a gift for seeing people as God sees them, and he’s committed to sharing that perspective with those he mentors. At the heart of his work is a desire to help participants feel the profound love of their Heavenly Father and to reassure them that they have a place in this world—and within the Church.

Beyond his work as a counselor, Parker is an enthusiastic lover of the arts and the outdoors. Hiking, swimming, working out, and exploring the world of musical theatre are some of his favorite pastimes. He’s also a movie buff and once spent a magical year and a half working at Disney World.

Parker approaches every day with the belief that “all things happen for a reason,” even if we don’t fully understand them in the moment. It’s this trust in the journey—whether now or in the next life—that inspires him to help others embrace their own unique paths.
