Seth Price (he/him)

Seth brings a deep well of personal experience, faith, and passion to his role as a counselor. As both a gay man and a member of the LDS Church, he intimately understands the challenges and beauty of navigating faith and identity. Seth’s own journey has given him a unique perspective, and he strives to create spaces where others can feel seen, safe, and deeply valued.

Professionally, Seth’s background includes serving as a missionary, where he worked with youth, adults, and children from a variety of backgrounds. That experience, paired with his work as an EMR and firefighter, underscores his commitment to offering safety, support, and guidance to those in need. As a Canadian, he also brings an international perspective to his approach, emphasizing openness and inclusion in all he does.

Seth brings his energy, positivity, and ability to foster faith and connection. He hopes to help participants deepen their sense of self-worth, strengthen their relationships with God as they see fit, and leave with lasting memories and a sense of empowerment.

Outside of his work, Seth finds joy in hiking, cooking, writing, and art. He draws inspiration from stories of resilience and hope, such as The Hunger Games, which reminds him of the strength found in love and determination against all odds. Every day, he strives to contribute to the “overall net worth of good” in the world—a guiding principle in both his life and his mentorship.

Seth envisions safe and affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ youth as environments where everyone can freely express themselves without fear of correction. Instead, these spaces encourage exploration, dialogue, and mutual respect, allowing participants to feel heard and to take away what is most meaningful to them. His ultimate goal is to help youth embrace their authentic selves while building bridges between faith, identity, and community.
